CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows will result in loss of your deposit and will be banned from booking in the future. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed time frame. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled or may be adjusted depending on the schedule.
